IDMAT conceived short duration crash programme on different multi-thematic capacity
building design. Several batches have been completed on different modular courses
over the years. In due course the programme designs have been revised. These are
new courses on Development Learning that have drawn attention of several social
organizations. The courses vary from four months to nine months duration.
Eligibility Graduate or pre-graduate in English medium programme. In Hindi medium
12 standard and is 10 plus education with desired experience of field work with
any social programme. Following certification programme is short term.

Interface for 6 Months Courses Program and 2 Coaching Interface for 4 Months Courses
